Beacon Energy Services has teamed with Western Specialties, LLC to provide pipeline repair services using the ComposiSleeveTM system for damaged or leaking pipelines.  The ComposiSleeveTM system can be utilized to bring pipe back to its full design strength, add structural strength, reinforce pipeline spans, or to increase the pressure rating on pipelines where structural anomalies have required a derating of the pipeline operating pressure.

The ComposiSleeveTM system is a non-welded, non-hot work application that can be installed without taking the pipeline out of service.  The ComposiSleeveTM system has been rigorously tested by Stress Engineering Service, Inc. of Houston, TX.  The system is fully compliant as a DOT Part 195 repair method for Hazardous Liquid Pipelines.  The system can be used to meet any Immediate to 180-day repair requirement under the Pipeline Integrity Management Program.

Beacon Energy Services personnel are certified to make pipeline repairs using all of Western Specialties, LLC products and can respond immediately to make repairs.

Short of taking a pipeline out of service and doing a full cutout and new pipe repair on a line, the ComposiSleeveTM system is one of the best repair methods available to the pipeline industry.
