Beacon's Management Team:
Mark Reese, President- Mark has over 27 years of experience in the petroleum industry in exploration and production, transportation and storage, acquisitions and mergers, and environmental and safety management.  Mark is a licensed Professional Geologist in California and is the RMO for the California Class A General Engineering Contractors License for Beacon Energy Services.

Marshall "Jeff" Davis, Operations Manager- Jeff has over 15 years of experience in environmental compliance at refineries and pipeline terminals. Jeff also provides safety consulting and training services for compliance with DOT 195 Operator Qualification Programs.

Robert "Hoppy" Hoppenrath, Director of Technical Services- Robert has managed refinery compliance programs throughout Southern California for the past 20 years specializing in air quality compliance for fugitive emissions and above ground storage tanks.  Robert is certified with the South Coast Air Quality Management District and the California Air Resources Board for fugitive emission and storage tank inspections. He is also Beacon Energy Services' resident expert on thermal imaging for process units and storage vessels.
